1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Most new and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to manufacturer guidelines and approval.
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and uninstalled.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Product must include all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Special-order products
- Custom-configured equipment
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Installed HVAC equipment
- Products damaged after delivery
- Electrical components that have been installed or connected
Manufacturer restrictions may apply to certain products.
3. RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
Before returning any product, customers must contact HVAC Direct USA to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused and returned to the sender.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Inspect all shipments upon delivery.
- Note visible damage with the carrier whenever possible.
- Report any damage or shipping discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item.
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.
5. REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped by HVAC Direct USA.
- The product arrived damaged due to carrier handling.
- The item is confirmed to be defective under manufacturer warranty.
Large HVAC systems may require freight return arrangements.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return and may be subject to restocking fees and shipping charges.
8. RESTOCKING FEES
Certain manufacturers may impose restocking fees on approved returns.
Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated before return authorization is issued.
9. WARRANTY CLAIMS
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product.
Warranty issues should be reported to HVAC Direct USA, and we will assist customers with the manufacturer's warranty process whenever possible.
