Warranty Coverage – HVAC Direct USA

At HVAC Direct USA, we understand that your comfort depends on a reliable system. If your HVAC unit fails, we are committed to working with you to provide the manufacturer-covered parts needed to get your system back up and running.

Important Warranty Terms

  • Manufacturer Responsibility: All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. HVAC Direct USA is responsible only for supplying the parts warranted by the manufacturer.

  • Professional Installation Required: In most cases, a licensed professional must fully install or inspect your equipment—including the initial start-up—to validate the warranty.

  • Documentation: Ensure you receive a dated installation invoice from your professional, detailing the equipment model(s) and serial number(s).

Registering Your Warranty

  • Timing: Most manufacturers require you to register your product within 30 days of installation to receive full warranty coverage.

  • Validation: Warranty validation is solely dependent on the manufacturer's specific requirements. Please refer to the documentation shipped with your product or the manufacturer’s website for up-to-date terms.

Labor and Additional Costs

  • No Labor Warranty: HVAC Direct USA does not provide labor warranties or compensation for costs incurred due to equipment malfunction.

  • Installing Professional: Your installer may offer separate labor warranties for purchase.

  • Extended Warranties: We may offer third-party extended warranties at the time of purchase that can cover both parts and labor. Contact us for more details.

How to Obtain Warranty Parts

We provide replacement parts for units purchased through our site that are still within the manufacturer's warranty period.

  1. Requests within 30 Days: If a part fails within 30 days of installation, please contact us immediately.

  2. Requests after 30 Days:

    • Upfront Payment: You will be charged for the replacement part, shipping, and tax at the time of the order.

    • Refund: A refund for the part cost (excluding shipping) will be issued once the original defective part is returned to us and inspected.

  3. Required Information: Before processing a request, we may require your order number, model and serial numbers, an installation invoice, and professional diagnostic reports.
